Alex Bowman won the pole for Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Bowman's lap of 14.826 seconds was just 0.005 seconds faster than teammate Kyle Larson. It is the first pole of the 2023 season for Bowman and the 10th of his career.

The rest of the top 10 starters are: Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin, Tyler Reddick, Ryan Blaney, and Chris Buescher.

The race will be 500 laps on the 0.533-mile oval. The green flag is scheduled to drop at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Bowman's first pole since 2022
