Disney Releases New Teaser and Poster for Descendants: The Rise of Red

Today, Disney released a new teaser and poster for Descendants: The Rise of Red, the next installment in the mega-hit Descendants franchise. Produced by Disney Channel, the film is the fourth in the Descendants franchise, being a spin-off of the previous three films and a follow-up from the television spin-off series, Descendants: Wicked World.

The music-driven Disney Original movie starts streaming Friday, July 12, exclusively on Disney+, followed by a special encore presentation on Friday, August 9.

Now Headmaster of Auradon Prep, former Villain Kid Uma extends an invite to the school to another VK Red, the daughter of the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. However, Red is torn between her newfound friends and her mother's plans to recruit her into their evil schemes.
